Your First Step Into Confident Training

If you are new to fitness, getting back into a routine, or unsure where to start, this program provides the support you need from day one. The 6-Week Intro Program can help you build strength, learn proper movement, and feel comfortable walking into the gym. Many of our strongest members started here.

How the Intro Program Works

Your First Session

You begin with a one-hour session where you meet with a coach, discuss your goals, take a few simple measurements, and complete a short fitness and strength test.

The test is not about judging your fitness or performance, but it gives us a starting point so we can see how you improve over the six weeks.

Your Weekly Training Plan

After your first session, your coach helps you schedule your weekly group classes. Most people train three to four days each week, with steady support and guidance from their coach throughout the program.

Class Schedule

Your coach helps you choose group classes that fit your routine, with morning, evening, and weekend options available. No matter your schedule, there is always a class you can attend.

Your Progress Check

At the end of the six weeks, you repeat the same test you did at the beginning. It is inspiring to see how far you have come, and most members are surprised by the progress they make with consistent training.
