It’s easier to stay consistent with your training when it fits your routine. Our weekly schedule includes morning, evening, and weekend classes to support busy schedules, shift work, and family life.

Classes run across multiple training programs, so you can choose the option that fits your experience level and goals.

We offer a range of memberships and passes so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle, training frequency, and goals.

If you are trying things out, a drop-in or weekly pass is a good place to start. If you plan to train regularly, an unlimited membership offers the most flexibility and value.

What’s Included With Your Membership

All memberships and passes include:

  • Professional coaching during every session

  • Scaled workouts for different fitness levels

  • A supportive group training environment

  • Access to scheduled classes and programs

You do not need to plan workouts or guess what to do. Coaching and structure are part of every class.

Membership Options

These options are ideal for members who train regularly and want consistent access to classes. Unlimited memberships include access to scheduled group fitness classes each week.

  • Individual Unlimited Membership: $181.00 + GST

  • Couples Unlimited Membership*: $331.00 + GST

  • Family Unlimited Membership: $401.00 + GST

  • Student Unlimited Membership: $161.00 + GST

*couples must live in the same household.

Introductory Training and Short-Term Options

If you are new to training or want a structured starting point, these options provide guided support and flexibility. Drop-in and weekly passes are a good option if you are visiting, returning after time away, or simply want to try a class before committing.

  • Six Week Intro Program: $314.99 + GST

  • Weekly Pass: $70.00 (tax included)

  • Drop-In Class: $26.50 (tax included)

Small Group Training

For teams, organizations, or groups looking for focused coaching, we offer private training options.

  • Private Group or Team Training: $250.00 per hour + GST

These sessions are customized to your group’s goals, sport, or training needs. Contact us to learn more or to book training time for your group or team.
