Step 1: Choose How You Want to Start

Six Week Intro Program

Find your confidence.

The Six-Week Intro Program is designed for people who want more guidance as they start. You meet with a coach, set clear goals, and learn how training works before moving into regular group fitness classes.

This option works well if you are new to fitness, returning after time away, or want extra accountability at the beginning.

 Group Fitness Classes

Classes that work for real people.

Group fitness classes are structured, coached, and scaled so that different experience levels can train together. You follow a planned workout, train with others, and build consistency into your week without having to plan anything yourself.

See what training feels like before committing.

A drop-in class or weekly pass lets you experience the gym, meet the coaches, and get a feel for the environment before choosing a longer-term option. Purchase below!

Step 2: Complete the Intake and Waiver

Before your first class, you will complete a short intake form and waiver. This gives coaches the information they need to support you properly and adjust training as needed.

Step 3: Show Up and Train

Once registered, all you need to do is show up. Coaches explain movements, offer options, and guide the class from start to finish. We care about effort, not perfection.
