More than a gym. Your training grounds for life.

You Are Welcome Here

306 Training Grounds is built for people who want to train with purpose and keep showing up. Coaching is hands-on, workouts are scaled to the individual, and progress is measured in more than just numbers.

Many members first walk in through a 6 Week Intro or group fitness classes. What keeps them here is the atmosphere. Effort matters. Coaching is consistent. People notice when you show up and encourage you when training gets hard. Over time, that shared experience becomes the reason members describe 306 Training Grounds as the best gym they have ever trained in.

Training That Carries Into Everyday Life

Training at 306 Training Grounds is not about checking off workouts. The focus is on building strength, mobility, and consistency that carry into everyday life.

Many members notice the impact outside the gym first. Movement feels easier. Stress is easier to manage. Confidence grows through the simple act of showing up each week. Over time, training becomes something that supports work, family, and long-term health rather than something to check off a to-do list.

How We Measure Success

Progress You Can Feel

Success at 306 Training Grounds is not measured only by numbers on a bar or times on a clock. It shows up in better posture, fewer aches and pains, more energy during the day, and the confidence to try things that once felt intimidating.

Our members include local professionals, healthcare workers, teachers, shift workers, parents, former athletes, and everyone in between. Everyone’s journey looks different, but steady progress and consistency are shared goals.

The People Are the Difference

Training Together, Not in Competition

Classes bring together people of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Workouts are scaled so everyone can train together, focusing on effort instead of comparison.

That shared experience creates a supportive and focused atmosphere where people feel comfortable showing up, working hard, and staying consistent. It is one of the reasons many members recommend 306 Training Grounds when asked about gyms or fitness classes in Saskatoon.

Rooted in the Saskatoon Community

306 Training Grounds has always been connected to the Saskatoon community. Over the years, we’ve supported local events, schools, and causes in ways that reflect the people who train here.

That includes sponsoring the First Responders Fitness Festival, working with schools to run specialty physical education classes, and hosting the Be Like Bruce Fitness Festival for six years, raising more than $100,000 for pancreatic cancer research in the city. We’ve also held fundraisers to support members during difficult times, because community support goes beyond the gym.

The details change from year to year, but the goal stays the same. We show up, we support each other, and we do the work together.
