Member Appreciation BBQ

Our annual member appreciation BBQ is this Saturday! Come join the fun starting at 4pm.

4:30pm - 5:30pm our Master's will throwdown for a chance to compete at the CF Games!

5:30pm - 7:00 pm - eat drink and be merry, our BBQ will be cooking as much meat as you can bring!

7:00 pm -9:00 pm - Laser tag tournament at Reebok CrossFit 306!

9:00pm- ... Wherever the night takes us.
