Hey guys,

As we will have four teams competing in the prarie regionals I wanted to give everyone an opportunity to work together to build some synergy and get further aquainted with their temmates.  As such next weekend will be team WODs, so get your team together and come and push yourself against other teams.  Strategy and heart is always key.
