Which gym finished 31st out of 4200 gyms worldwide? We did!! 306 give yourself a pat on the back. When it comes picking stuff up and putting it back down we are as good as it gets!!!

Within our region of Western Canada, we were one rep out of first on 14.3 and we moved up to 2nd overall with a little room created away from third. The 306 goal for this Open was 2nd place. Now we have two weeks to maintain that standing. I have no doubt we will succeed in this endeavour.

Once again scores came in from different athletes showcasing our depth. Jason Joyal stepped up to the plate and delivered a clutch late inning performance scoring 159 reps taking top spot in our gym and securing our second place overall in Canada West. Dione also delivered an incredible performance with 152 reps which would score on the ladies side. The usual suspects of Viki, Becca, and Parker rounded out the remaining team scores.

Once again I am stoked to be part of a truly wonderful community, you guys collectively all rock!!
