Allow Me Meals - Pre-Made Paleo Meals

I am very excited to announce that we have partnered with Allow Me Meals.  They are a Paleo meal service from Saskatoon that use local products and make some great food.  Jamie has a very easy to navigate website where you can view the weekly menu, order and pay.  Upon request, you can have your meals delivered to the gym.  They will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays and will be placed in a bag in the cooler in the front lobby with your name on it.  

The website is www.allowmemeals.ca.  We will have a button on our site with a direct link from our site up shortly.  I have been using this service and it has been a huge lifesaver.  Life is busy and now that I can have some meals on hand that are paleo and fit my family's nutrition needs, I feel less stress about meal time.  If you have any questions about the service or food, please feel free to ask.
