The Bridge City Beat Down

Tonight and all day tomorrow fourteen of our athletes will be competing at the Bridge City Beat Down.  This is a local CrossFit competition that will be held at the old soccer center on Primrose drive, behind Lawson Heights Mall.

The competition gets under way at 6PM tonight and will conlcude tomorrow at 4PM.  Come cheer on all of our competiting athletes.
