Hey Saskatoon,

Today we WOD for a cause. Today at 11 o’clock we will be hosting our annual breast cancer fundraiser. Anybody with any CrossFit experience is welcome. This is a partner WOD of 100 rounds of the following:

1 HSPU
2 full cleans
3 burpees

As always everything will be adjusted and scaled to your ability.

So come on out Saskatoon and support breast cancer research.
