This past Saturday we had 7 athletes compete in the Moustache Open hosted by CrossFit Brio. This was the first meet of the new weightlifting season

Congrats to coach Marc and his Powerlifting athletes, claiming three Gold medals at the Western Canadian Powerlifting Championships

306 is once again well represented in another competiton, a testament to the quality of our program and our community.  This time it's Granite Games.

We did it 306.  Our best result yet, 2nd in the Open for Western Canada, that's 2nd out of 100 competing gyms, incredible!!

Three lifters will represent Reebok Crossfit 306 and Saskatchewan at the 2014 Canadian Powerlifting Union Nationals in St. Catharine's, Ontario, tripling the amount from last year.

As great as our results are within our region I want us to strive to be competitive internationally.  For those who say why?  My response is simply why not?
