Granite Games update! Now that the individual qualifiers are done, it's time to get Team 306 qualified for the Granite Games.

The Granite Games will commence this week.  If you are registered please note that the WOD will be release at 6PM on Wed and we have until Sunday to perform it and input your score.

It was another incredible weekend surrounded by some amazing athletes, and an epic competition. I have had the opportunity to be witness Regionals

That about sums up what each of the athletes competing in Vancouver had to do over the past 6 months (and then some).

KidSport™ is a charity I work closely with and fully believe in.  The number of children within Saskatoon who are unable to participate in the sport activity of their choice is staggering

Well 306, we have completed four Open WODS and we have one left to go.  It's a long 5 weeks, filled with excitement, anticipation and anxiety
