Welcome to 306 Training Grounds
306 Training Grounds is more than a CrossFit gym. Our gym is a space where real people train side by side and build strength with purpose. With professional coaches and trainers, our members learn what their bodies can do by showing up and doing the work, whatever that looks like for them.
Everyone at our gym shows up with a different level of experience, and we meet you where you are. Whether you are an elite athlete or someone just getting into shape, your skill level does not matter. What makes our community so special is the shared drive to work hard and the camaraderie that grows from training side by side.

Every program and group fitness class has professional coaching, so you don't need to plan your workout or guess what to do. You get safe direction, steady progress, and a group of people who cheer just as loud for your effort as they do for your results.
Programs & Fitness Classes
306 Training Grounds offers three main training paths. Each program gives you coached, structured training that helps you build strength in a safe and encouraging way.
Six Week Intro Program
A guided start for beginners and anyone returning to movement.
The Six Week Intro Program begins with a one hour session where you meet with a coach, set simple goals, take measurements, and complete a short fitness and strength test. The test gives us a starting point so we can see how you improve over the six weeks.
After that first session, your coach helps you plan your weekly group classes. Most people train three to four days each week and stay in contact with their coach for support. At the end of the program, you repeat the same test and see how far you have come. It’s amazing how much progress athletes make when they stay consistent.
This program is the best place to start if you want extra guidance and accountability as you get back into regular training.
Group Fitness Classes
High-energy training that blends strength, conditioning, and teamwork.
Group fitness is the heart of our gym. Every class delivers a planned and coached workout, so you never have to wonder what to do. You move with a group, build strength safely, and learn how to push yourself in a way that feels good. We scale classes for all levels, which means beginners and advanced athletes train together and support each other.
If you want fitness classes in Saskatoon that challenge you, keep you motivated, and help you feel part of a real community, this is the program for you.
306 Weightlifting Club
Focused strength and power development for athletes and anyone training with purpose.
The 306 Weightlifting Club is for people who want to get strong with intention. You train under coaches who understand proper technique and safe progression. Each session helps you build power, improve movement patterns, and increase long-term performance. Many of our members are athletes, former athletes, or adults who want structured strength training without feeling lost on their own.
This program supports both beginners and experienced lifters. If you enjoy clear goals, real strength work, and training that makes you feel capable in everyday life, this is your home.
HYROX and Spartan Training
This program builds the strength, conditioning, and pacing needed for HYROX and Spartan-style events, using structured challenges to improve overall performance.
306 Ruck Club
This program uses loaded walking to build strength and endurance in a straightforward and fun way. Members carry weighted packs on planned outdoor routes and enjoy steady movement, fresh air, and a supportive group. It is an easy and effective way to stay active at any fitness level.
