Competition Overview
Athletes will complete multiple events over the course of the weekend. Events are designed to test a broad range of fitness skills, including strength, conditioning, and work capacity.
Movement standards, event details, and schedules will be released to registered athletes prior to the competition.

We are thrilled to once again have our favourite local DJ spin the tunes for us, all night and and all day. Come and watch the athletes throwdown under the lights while enjoying some great tunes.

Individual Competition
Hosted by 306 Training Grounds, this event brings athletes together for a weekend of competition, community, and fun.
This competition focuses on individual performance, effort, and shared experience. Athletes compete head-to-head across multiple events in a supportive and energetic environment.

Competition Schedule:
Friday night - 6pm until 8:30pm
Saturday - 8:30am until 2:30pm

Cash Prizing for top Rx finishers
Medals and swag for all podium athletes
Rx Versus Intermediate Divisons:
WODs will be adjusted based on the strength of the field for each division.
At a minimum we expect Rx athletes to be able to snatch 135/95, perform Bar MU, and complete strict HSPU
We expect intermediate athletes to be able to perform pull ups, toes to bar, clean 135/95.
WODs
WOD #1 “The Dirtiest Dozen”
Workout #1 is a test of your aerobic power, combining gymnastics and weightlifting. This interval workout will test your ability to recover quickly and showcase your ability to hold unbroken sets of gymnastics.
Intervals
Interval 1: 1:30 min of work followed by 1:00 of rest.
Interval 2: 2:00 min of work followed by 1:00 of rest.
Interval 3: 2:30 min of work followed by 1:00 of rest.
Interval 4: 3:00 min to complete the remaining snatches.
Rx Version
Buy-in every interval with:
4 wall walks
12 C2Bs
12 DB Bench Press 50/35
With the remaining time AMRAP snatches at 155/105lbs. The workout ends once you’ve reached 30 snatches.
Intermediate version
Buy-in every interval with:
2 wall walks
8 Pull-ups
12 DB Bench Press 35/25
With the remaining time AMRAP snatches at 115/85lbs. The workout ends once you’ve reached 30 snatches
WOD #2 “Athletes start your Engines”
Workout #2 is a test of your aerobic threshold.

Workout #4
*This will begin immediately at the 5 min mark (conclusion) of workout #3
Rx and Intermediate
5 mins to establish a 1 RM clean (any variations is acceptable)

Workout #5 Rx athletes only!
This workout will begin at the conclusion of workout #4
Accumulate as many feet of HW as possible in 2 mins!
*Score = 1 rep / 5 feet. Note minimum distance per kick up is 5 feet.

20 feet of burpee broad jumps

Team Competition
An exciting team competition, with a twist! Divisions will only be split by skill level, not by sex. Teams can be two men, two ladies, or one of each. All teams within the same skill level will be competing against each other.
To equalize differences in loads and row calories, an equivalency chart will be used.
There are three divisions and a total of five scored events:
RX
Intermediate
Beginner
Movement requirement standards (guidelines, not exhaustive):
RX: Bar muscle-ups, clean 185/125, 15 feet of handstand walk
Intermediate: Chest-to-bar pull-ups, clean 135/95, wall walks
Beginner: Push-ups, sit-ups, clean 95/65
Team Registration Fee: $100 - Registration coming soon.
