Youth & Junior Weightlifting Program
Who This Program Is For:
This program is designed for youth and junior athletes ages 10 to 15 who want to learn how to lift safely, build confidence, and develop strong movement patterns. No previous lifting experience is required.
Program Overview:
The Youth and Junior Weightlifting Program introduces young athletes to strength training in a safe, supervised environment. Athletes learn the fundamentals of quality movement through exercises like squats, presses, and pulls. As skills improve, athletes are gradually introduced to more dynamic lifts such as the clean and jerk and snatch.
Coaches focus on technique, safety, coordination, and confidence. Sessions are structured to be fun, engaging, and age appropriate while building a strong foundation for long-term athletic development.

September 16 to October 26
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:15 PM to 5:15 PM
