We are very excited to be hosting our first Powerlifting Meet at 306 this Saturday May 11th! We have a number of our own athletes competing and it should be a very exciting event with lots of heavy lifts
Banner Week at 306!
Well another great week for 306 is in the books. We had athletes compete in a variety of different marquee events this week, and of course 13.3 of the Open

To culminate all of our hard work, Reebok Crossfit 306 will be hosting the 1st Annual Reebok 306 Open Powerlifting Meet on Saturday, May 11th, 2013.
