That is how Rebecca and I feel at the moment.  306 just had one of those weekends where records and successes just kept pouring in.

2014 is off to a rocking start!  306 already picked up it's first medal of the calendar year.  Destini Jackson has returned from the Mojave Indian CrossFit Competition

The CF Games Open registration opens on Jan 15th. As we do every year, 306 will register one team to which every 306 athlete will be part of.

So here is the update in regards to the Christmas presents collection. They are for the children where I volunteer, which is at West Ridge Village.

2 years ago today, Reebok CrossFit 306 opened it's doors and would forever change the lives of my family and of so many of our members.

On Saturday we gathered as a community to celebrate the past year. Although it is only our 2nd annual gala, we are already building strong traditions

The Christmas gala is fast approaching! This upcoming saturday night we will  get together as a community, dress up and celebrate an epic year.

This past weekend 306 played host to the biggest Powerlifting Provincials in Saskatchewan history, an event put on by our local club, Saskatoon Barbell
